Saying thank you really does not seem enough.  To sell the apartment within 3 days of being on the market in the middle of the toughest economic times we have faced is outstanding.  Not only to just sell the apartment, but to arrange refurbishing it for us (painting, carpeting) while we were living in another Country was hugely appreciated.  It also shows how times have changed, and communicating via email for the entire process was excellent for us.
