Lexene David

A Cronulla enthusiast, Lexene was born in the Shire and has chosen to raise her family in the Shire. Lexene started working for Sid Payne, the founder of Payne Pacific Real Estate at Sutherland in 1978 when she completed her real estate licensing course. Throughout her career, Lexene has developed her on the job skills further, managing 650 tenants for 4 years, then moving onto the role of sales support and sales consultant where she concentrated on selling waterfront properties and exclusive units and houses.

In 2000, Lexene joined the management team, where she provided valuable input in running the company. At the same time, Lexene developed her role in the accounts department where she managed the company's finances, GST, taxation and payroll until late 2008.

Lexene uses her wealth of real estate knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service in her role having moved across to Gibson Partners Real Estate, remaining in Commercial Sales and Leasing. Lexene looks forward to continuing to provide an excellent service to her ongoing and future commercial landlords and tenants alike.
