This review is long overdue, but better late than never. After some recent, challenging experiences trying to secure a rental and dealing with unresponsive agents, I’ve realised just how fortunate I was to have come across Gibson. From the moment I started looking and met Chris, who was accomodating and helped me secure a lease, and then Emily as my property manager, I knew I was in good hands.
Emily stood out to me, as I had more interactions with her as a tenant. She was consistently professional, responsive and genuinely helpful, and I would have gladly continued my tenancy if the owners had not decided to sell. That said, I would happily lease through Gibson again and can recommend the company.

After many, many conversations with recent buyers and vendors, other local agents and local residents I found Ivan to be the most switched on salesman I'd come across. Not only did he understand the immediate vicinity our house was in intimately, he understood the current market thoroughly as well. He was also able to inform me of the features and benefits of our families home that I hadn't even thought of. Credit should also go to the team around him as they were very professional, and no fuss to deal with, and made him look better.
